 wh's 7-R, hoes! '00 ZX7-R
chrome stock rims, 190 pirelli out back, old skool secret power tricks, homemade carbon fiber stuff, lowered, LEDs in headlight bezel, micron can, rattle can paint using duplicolor DSM340 Royal Blue, polished frame, subframe and swinger
Yes it is spraypaint! the bike was stolen from me.. when i was lucky enough to get it back 10 months later, it was 4 different colors, missing the upper stay, rear pegmounts and fender.. this is after i welded all the broken plastic back together and painted her up.
the headlight after the LED install (took forever!)
these are the new shoes she's gettin soon
upgrades to come... (EVERYTHING is made or modified by me in my shop, unless otherwise stated)
-billet valve cover (6061)
-billet pegmounts and c.f. heelgaurds(6061)
-TDO4-L turbo (.60A/R)
-321 stainless header, collector and flange... TIG welded
-carbon fiber intake log with aluminum runners (6061 and 2x2 twill c.f.) not gonna be easy to make...but will be worth it
-degreed cams... stock cams and gears (milling slots for adjustablility)
-adjustable trigger coil plate for timing advance/retard
-port and polish (extrude hone will do the work, i'll polish what i don't see shiny)
-air ride..using stock forks and shock
-aftermarket pistons, rods, bearings and valves
-considering a 1MM oversize on the valves
-ceramic wheel bearings
-c.f. bodywork (from oppracing.com)
-motocam system
-HIDs i'll convert from a lex or bimmer
-goin back to marblized paint (how it was before it was stolen)
-rising rate fuel pressure regulator
-bending up an exhaust from 321 stainless.. keepin the micron can tho.. but milling out a different cap to replace the fugly stock piece
-maybe a 1 stage lockup.. (may make it and the cover spacer myself.. they're a lil pricey!)
-ARP head studs
-i'll see if i can get Cometic to make me a custom head gasket..
-variable boost
-c.f. gauge cluster/dash
-AEM wideband A/F gauge
-Autometer c.f. series oil and fuel pressure gauges
-polished timing chain (old skool harley trick for decreased guide wear)
-anodizing a few parts here and there...
-different brake rotors and stainless lines
i think thats about it.. theres more, but i can't remember it..
